PARK LAYOUT
- The online booking form does not constitute an agreement between Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park and a user, but constitutes an offer which may or may not be accepted by Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park.
- Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park reserves the right to decline or execute a booking at its absolute discretion, without the necessity to provide any reasons. Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park also reserves the right to cancel bookings at its sole discretion.
- No agreement shall be concluded merely by sending a data message to the email address of Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park. Valid agreements require paying the deposit/full amount.
- By paying the deposit/full amount you accept the Terms and Conditions and so you agree to our modification, cancellation and no-show policy. Travel insurance can give you extra protection if your holiday doesn’t go as planned, so we advise you to consider a proper travel insurance.
- The person in which name the booking is made is solely responsible for all the members of the family/group. If the person in which name the booking is made, or any member of his/her family/group causes damage or loss of any kind to the caravan park or any other camper, that person will be responsible for that damage or loss and will be required to pay the costs.
- Your booking is not transferable. You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part) and if you do transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) your booking, then we may terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking. Any booking resold or transferred may not be honoured and we accept no liability in respect of this.
- During high season a minimum booking period of 10 days is required between 16 December and the 1st of January; when you book less than 10 days a high season tariff will be charged.
- Caravans or campers with air conditioning will be charged ZAR 50.00 electricity per day extra.

- Charged on a per day basis
- Stand charges are valid for 1 to 4 people per day, additional people are permitted at additional charge
- We allow a maximum of 6 people per stand, thereafter a second stand hire is required
- We allow 1 caravan/camper or trailer per stand, thereafter a second stand hire is required
- One Car is included in the stand fee, additional cars are permitted at ZAR 50.00 per day each
PAYMENT DUE
- 50% deposit is payable 48 hours after receiving your quotation / invoice to secure booking
- Balance of payment : Outstanding fees are payable in full 30 days before arrival
- Late payment: Any given discount is cancelled,no payment 14 days before arrival the booking will be cancelled with no refund
- Proof of payment must be sent to tsitsikamma.caravanpark@gmail.com
- No proof = No stand = No entry and automatic cancelation of quotation/booking
- Changes to bookings or extra quotations/invoices will be charged with an admin fee of minimal ZAR 250.00,-
- Undue payments will be refunded less an admin fee of minimal ZAR 250.00,-
- Card payment facilities are available on the premises of the caravan park
DOWNGRADING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Downgrading and cancellation must be advised in writing (eg by email) and must include name and booking number
- Downgrading (reducing the total value) of a booking could result in modification fees.
- 90% refund of deposit granted when cancellation at 6 months or more prior to the booked arrival date
- 50% refund of deposit granted when cancellation at 3 months or more prior to the booked arrival date
- 0% refund of deposit granted when cancellation less than 3 months prior to the booked arrival date
- 0% refund of total booking amount granted when cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the booked arrival date
- All refund payments will be less a R 250,- administration fee and processed in a 14 days time frame
- Bookings altered at the commencement of or during occupation of a stand do not qualify for any refund
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE/NO SHOW
- Arrival time between 14:00 and 21:00 hrs.
- Departure time is 10:00.
- A levy of ZAR 500.00 will be charged for arrivals after 21.00 htrs
- Booked stands will be held for 24 hours, thereafter it is a cancellation
- Park management or representatives has the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without notice, explanation and any refund
PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Amendments: Park management reserves the right to amend Tariffs and the Terms and Conditions of the Park as it deems fit without notification
- Privacy: Park management is authorised to store the clients personal information
- Direction and instruction of Park management or representatives must be followed at all times
- Right of admission reserved: Management reserves the right to refuse any person entry to the park
- Caravanpark permits: permits must be displayed in all cars on the property, in the front window. These permits must also be shown when entering and exiting the park

Risk: All persons making use of Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park do so at their own risk. Park management accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to persons, vehicles or property whilst on park premises. All persons and/or their estates entering the caravan park automatically indemnifying Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park against any claim, action, judgment, costs and /or expenses which arising directly or indirectly from the death, injury,loss, or damage suffered by the client or any other person as a result of the clients use of the facilities or services, wether it be allegedly caused to by an act or omission by the Caravanpark, its director, staff, contractors or agents.
- Conduct: Campers must contribute to the maintenance of the park facilities by keeping them as clean as they found them. Damaging or dirtying the park installations or other camper’s properties on purpose apart from expulsion implies the restitution of the damages caused. Vandalism, aggressive behaviour, voyeurism and theft apart from expulsion may be reported to the competent authorities for prosecution.
- Noise, Radios, Televisions, Tablets, Laptops: All noise must cease at 22.00 hrs. Noise must be restricted to the minimum. The volume off all equipment must be turned low at all times. Excessive noise, intoxication, bad language or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be reported to the competent authorities for prosecution. This type of behaviour results in the eviction of the camper/s and guests from the park.
- Termination of occupancy: Management holds the right to terminate the stay of any camper/s who cause a disturbance in the park and of those who do not comply with the T&C’s or if campers or their guests fail to perform or observe any of the rules for use of park facilities or perform any anti-social behaviour, including but not limited to: possession or use of illegal drugs, wilful damage to Tsitsikammma Sunrise Caravan Park property, theft, physical or verbal abuse of staff, other guests or the public or an other unspecified reason. In the event of an eviction, all money held or due will be forfeited, park management personnel are authorised to evict campers or their guests from the park without notice. Verbal notice by park management personel is sufficient and the camping fees paid will not be refunded.
- Visitors: Allowed provided that prior arrangement has been made with park management and fees are paid before or on arrival
- Pets: One small pet, always on a leash, is allowed provided that prior arrangement has been made with park management and the camper ensures that any waste produced by the animal is controlled, cleaned and properly disposed of and their animal causes no nuisance, discomfort, threat or damage to any other camper or their guests. The owner of the animal shall rectify any damage caused by their animal or reimburse park management at full cost to rectify such damage. Pets are not allowed in or around the ablution block. If campers or their guests with a pet fail to perform or observe the pet rules park management personnel are authorised to evict those campers or their guests from the park without notice. Verbal notice by park management personel is sufficient and the camping fees paid will not be refunded.
- Electrical Points: Power is restricted to 10 amps. Please use kettles, stoves and frying pans sparingly.
- Ablution Facilities: Guests are requested to use water sparingly. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a person older than 13 when using the ablution facilities.
- Laundry: Laundromat at the park. The washing of clothes, nappies, toilet articles and crockery in the ablution blocks is strictly forbidden at the fresh water taps. Washing may not be hung on site, please use the washing lines provided.
- Sculleries: Separate sculleries are provided.
- Fires and Braais: Permitted on allocated braais or private portable braais, no fires on the ground or grass or in any of the buildings.
- Boats and Trailers: Parking facilities are available provided that prior arrangement has been made with park management.
- Car, Caravan, Camper Wash: There are NO facilities for washing cars, caravans or campers.
- Motorcycles: Motorcycles may be ridden to stands only and speed is restricted to 20km/h.
- Bicycles: May be ridden to stands only and at your own risk.
- Fish Cleaning: Please clean your fish in the lagoon before entering the park
